FAQ

  • Do I need an appointment for a fitting? How long does a fitting take?

Yes, we are working by appointment to give each customer ample time to get a fitting and try on bras and swimwear! Book your appointment here!

We recommend giving yourself an hour for a fitting, but it usually takes 30-45 minutes on average.

  • How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through the original appointment confirmation email you received. You can also call us in Plymouth at 734-453-8584 or in Howell at 517-545-2727 to cancel or reschedule.

  • Is there a charge for a fitting?

We do not charge for our fittings, and our fitters will take their time to help you find whatever you need.

  • How much do bras cost?

Our bras cost anywhere from $50-$110 depending on the brand and style. On average they are about $66.

  • How much does swimwear cost?

We carry one pieces, tankinis, and bikinis. Our tops and bottoms are sold separately. Depending on which styles and brands you choose, the cost for a swimsuit set or one piece ranges between $120-$200.

  • Do you only carry full-bust sizes?

We cater to all women from petite to curvy. We also have bras and swim for women of all ages—from teens to mature women.

  • What is the return policy?

You may exchange bras within 14 days for another item or for a store credit. Items must be in original condition, fragrance and odor free, with original tags attached. Returns will not be issued.

For hygienic reasons the following items are final sale and may not be exchanged: swimwear, shape wear, panties, and bra accessories.

All sale items are a final sale.

You are responsible for return shipping charges via mail.

  • How should I wash my bras? How often?

We recommend hand-washing all of your bras with Forever New. Forever New is an organic, gentle fabric care wash that will renew the lycra in your bra. Hand-washing will ensure a longer life-span for your bras, keeping the wires intact and your bra feeling like new! There is no exact answer for when to wash your bras. It all depends on how many bras you are rotating, if you are sweating in them (sports bras), or if your bra is beginning to feel stretched out. Your bras are like jeans; they can be worn multiple times before washing. Just be sure to rotate them to give your lycra a break.

  • How should I wash my swimwear? How often?

We recommend hand-washing all of your swimwear with Forever New. Swimsuits should be washed as soon as they are out of chlorine. Rinsing the suit will not remove the chlorine, so it is important to wash the chemicals out.
